Below are the required Documents for new student admission :

1. Photocopy student birth certificate
2. Photocopy passport (student and parents)
3. KITAS parents and student (foreign only)
4. Photocopy family card (Kartu Keluarga)
5. Photocopy parents id (KTP)
6. Pass photo student 3x4 (4pcs)
7. Pass photo student 4x6 (4pcs)
8. Pass photo parents 4x6 (@4pcs)
9. Photocopy report card last semester
10. Transfer letter from previous school (transfer student only)

* All Pass Photo should be white Background
